Pizza Stones

Dough-Joe® Pizza and Baking Stones are dense, thick cordierite and are extremely heat shock resistant. We intentionally made them thicker than most other stones in the industry. This thickness, along with their density aids them in accumulating an enormous amount of heat, far in excess of most stones.
